Water Ballasted Barrier – MSBB

Water ballast barriers ensure the continuation of the limitation by filling water into the closed volume located at the skirt, by showing similarity to the ground with its weight. The upper parts are provided with buoyancy by using filling foam or inflatable tube.

Water ballast barriers prevent the dispersal of pollution when there is any leakage in the coastal lines where the water level is variable, in the shallow places of the rivers, in the swamps. It is used in shallow and calm water environment.
